Shuttle Transfer Cart (Long Travel)
Shuttle transfer cart is a core mobile solution for cross-process material circulation in corrugated cardboard plants. By mounting a roller or modular belt conveyor on a movable chassis system, the shuttle cart enables transfer of corrugated board stacks from the corrugator outlet across cardboard collection at the production line outlet, scheduling of the printing area, process connection, finished product outbound, and other processes.
The shuttle transfer cart supports dual-mode switching between unmanned operation and manual control, combining the stability of fixed-track conveyors with the flexibility of a mobile cart. It seamlessly integrates with corrugated cardboard production lines, conveyors, lifts, and storage systems to build a closed-loop intelligent in-plant logistics system, significantly reducing manual intervention and material retention time.
- Multi-Scenario Adaptability: Modular chassis and customizable conveyor (e.g., roller/modular belt) supports extra-wide board transfer (2500–2900 mm) with a load capacity up to 3-ton class, suitable for high-speed production.
- Intelligent Transfer Hub: Offering an optional unmanned operation that automatically identifies docking points and automates pickup, route planning, and drop-off processes.
- Industrial-Grade Reliability: Designed with reinforced 12# channel-steel chassis with polyurethane-coated wheels to resist impact and deformation, dual protection with mechanical anti-collision and radar detection, and CE-certified machinery safety standard.
- High-Efficiency Power Configuration: Delivering a 5.5–11.5 kW variable-frequency drive that enables stable operation up to 120 m/min, with overhead conductor rail or underground cable power supply options to support clean workshops and complex track environments.
- Structure configuration: Channel-steel welded chassis roller/modular belt conveyor
- Dimensions: 2500–2900 (L) × 2500 (W) mm (customizable)
- Operating speed: 0–120 m/min (adjustable)
- Drive mode: RGV unmanned/manual (optional)
- Power supply mode: Conductor rail (overhead)/(underground)
- Safety protection: Mechanical anti-collision arm millimeter-wave (mmWave) radar (optional)
