Horizontal form fill seal machine

These rollstock spouted stand-up pouch machines handle the whole packaging process on one line, from forming the stand-up pouch to filling the product and installing the spout automatically. The process starts with roll film and spout components, which are fed into the machine and shaped into bottom-gusset pouches, then filled, followed by precise spout insertion and welding under controlled conditions. Sealing and cutting are done in the same continuous, servo-controlled sequence, delivering finished, ready-to-use pouches that can stand upright and be used straight away.
