What is the function of a coupling sleeve?
Coupling sleeves serve the following functions in top hammer drilling systems:
- Connecting drill rods: The threads at both ends of the coupling sleeve correspond to the threads of the drill rods being connected, and the sleeve outer diameter matches the drill rod diameter to ensure proper alignment and torque transmission.
