This rollstock zipper pouch machine is designed to make pouches with a reclosable zipper, handling everything from film forming to zipper feeding, filling, and sealing in one smooth process. The zipper is guided and welded in place with high stability, so it stays firmly bonded to the pouch and provides a tight seal that can be opened and closed many times. At the same time, accurate filling and optional vacuum or nitrogen flushing help protect the product and keep it fresh for longer on the shelf.
