Pre-forming machine is a high-precision and high-configured metal carrier processing equipment commonly used for the initial shaping of metal carriers. Depending on the forming complexity of the products, different sets of forming mechanisms can be selected. It can process various shapes such as U-shaped profile, V-shaped profile, L-shaped profile, C-shaped profile, and can also be customized for other shapes as required.

Features

The equipment has simple adjustment of working parameters, and easy installation and removal of fixtures.
High forming accuracy, with radial runout of the transmission shaft ≤ 0.03mm and linear deviation ≤ 0.03mm.
The inlet is equipped with metal carrier leveling rollers and guides, and the outlet is equipped with metal carrier correction mechanisms.

Power Transmission	1 set of 5.5kW motor reducer drives two sets of gears vertically, with a gear reduction ratio of 1:1, and two sets of power output from the upper and lower gears
Structure	The power shaft is connected to 6 sets of forming mechanisms through universal joint couplings.
Forming Mechanism	6 sets of forming mechanisms without forming wheels, with a gantry structure. Both the upper and lower forming wheel shafts are powered, and the material of the upper and lower shafts is 40Cr, high-frequency quenched.
Fixture Mold	6 sets of forming mechanisms (without forming wheels) installed on a 20mm thick base plate. The base plate is equipped with ball bearings for easy replacement, and the upper shaft adjustment is mechanically and digitally displayed.
Adjustment Range	The center adjustment range of the shaft is 70mm to 110mm.
