Injection Mould for Electronic Products

Made of S136 steel, our injection mold proves sturdier than one made with 2316 steel. High corrosion resistance allows users to maintain strict control over the dimensional accuracy of our mold while achieving a smooth internal mold surface. This assures mold users of high quality molded electronic parts.
With an outside dimension of 420mm×420mm×380mm, the mold has been assembled to high precision requirements. The unique cold runners design comes with a small sprue that allows more precise electronic products to be produced. Both the sprue and cold runners are automatically cut off after the molding is done. Two side channels, or cold runners, mean that within a single molding cycle two molded parts are produced. Plastic materials that can be injection molded by this mold include ABS and polycarbonate. In practice, the mold can be reused half a million times before going to waste. This would bring you significant cost savings.
As we face different demands from different clients on a daily basis, most of our electronics product molds are customized to client's size requirements or design drawings.
