Vibratory Feed Weigher for Sticky or Wet Products (Optional 10 heads, 12 heads, 14 heads; 5-60g, 10-1000g, 10-1500g, 100-3000g; 0.3L, 1.6L, 2.5L, 5L)
The vibratory feeder weigher is outfitted with an electromagnetic vibration sensor and dispenses granular, block or powder products continuously and uniformly using stable vibration, to realize fast and accurate weighing.

A rotating rod is added in between each vibro feeder to spin long and soft materials like pasta into the vibro feeding lane, and successfully drop them into the pool buckets. The vibratory feeder lane can process products with a maximum length of 300mm.
If you are processing heavy products like frozen foods, vegetables, fruits etc., due to the strong impact force they might cause, our multihead weigher machine body is thickened using cast aluminum for higher strength and greater durability.
The 60 degrees sloped chutes are designed with textured patterns to prevent products from sticking. The machine is suitable for products such as snacks, gummy candies, etc.
