Our independently developed QM-500 automatic can body welding machine is primarily used for the production of small cans, including beverage and food cans. With a medium to high production capacity at a maximum of 500 cans/minute, it is an ideal machine for high speed can production.
Due to the high welding speed, it is equipped with an on-line vision system and on-line current detection system, which work to better ensure the final can quality. Any cans with quality problems will be automatically discharged.
Cans transporting system we use both side Dogs finger in order to let the cans being more stable towards to callebratiing crown.
