Conical Twin Screw Extruder

It outperforms conventional single-screw extruders in self-cleaning, raw plastic feeding, ventilation, enabling chemical reaction, and aggressive mixing and melting. This extrusion equipment is especially suitable for processing plastics with poor thermal stability as well as mixed plastics. An even more significant use of our twin screw extruder is in the extrusion of PVC powder.
When connected to an extrusion die and other downstream components, this powerful plastics extrusion machine can turn various thermoplastics directly into pipes, panels, sheets, rods, films, and other profiles. It is also the right equipment to use in plastics modification and pelletizing.
The transmission section of LSZ twin screw extruder uses either a variable frequency drive or DC motor to ensure stable running, large torque and maximum efficiency. Stepless, precise speed adjustment is possible with the variable frequency drive or DC speed regulator. The motor also helps save energy.
Available with dual display, our intelligent digital temperature controller facilitates adjustment of heating temperature. Other desirable features include the over-load protection, machine failure alarm, and the oil circulating system for barrel cooling as well as maintaining proper temperature of extruder screws. These configurations help improve the overall extrusion performance, and make it easier for users to monitor the machine condition, find the cause of machine failure and troubleshoot the problem.
