Equipped with a double flange, the EBV010 resilient seated butterfly valve adopts a triple eccentric structure. To shape an oblique con seal surface by the disc and seat, a seal specific pressure is applied on the stem driving torque, which successfully prevents possible leakage due to ageing, cold-flow features or loss of seat elasticity. Additionally, the disc of throttle valve may contact the seat completely only in full-closed position, so as to minimize the mechanical abrasion of seat caused by the rotary of disc. In this way, the working life of butterfly valve is prolonged.

Our multi-layer composite disc can be manufactured from cast steel and graphite. Due to a special structure, the disc comes with higher strength and lighter weight.

The sanitary valve can be mounted with actuators directly without bracket, including the handle, worm gear, and pneumatic-electric actuator. Such a modular concept design allows for easy installation on site, minimizes possible misalignment and reduces overall height.
