The BHR series tri-lobe Roots blower combines into one unit a variety of desirable features commonly found in competitive rotary lobe blower products. The in-house developed rotary lobe blower runs very quietly, thus causing little noise pollution to the surrounding environment. Leak-free and available in a total of 11 models, the BHR series Roots blower provides a finely graded selection of air volumes, and is able to bring pressure up fast.

Features of Tri-Lobe Roots Blower
1. Spiral air baffles wind their way through the air inlet and outlet. Sealed pockets, triangular in shape, are formed between lobes' outer edges and the casing. As rotors revolve, those sealed cells gradually open their way into the inlet or discharge end, allowing air or gas to pump in or out. Because sealed pockets are opened progressively rather than abruptly, they allow air or gas to stream in or out in a continuous manner without generating pulsating flows (also known as pulses).
2. Each rotor has three lobes shaped like a clover leaf. Rotors rotate in opposite directions, allowing lobes to mesh without making physical contact with each other.
3. Top quality precision CNC machine tools are used to produce these rotors which are then put through the dynamic balance test to minimize unwanted vibration.
4. High-precision gears are durable and quiet running.
5. V-belts and bearings are purchased overseas to ensure quality.
6. All moving parts are properly lubricated and sealed off against the chamber to avoid air or gas contamination.
7. Shaft end is tightly sealed against leaking outside.
8. Compact design takes up little space. Optimized design and configuration allows easy maintenance.
