This high pressure metering machine is used for finishing surfaces that has multiple colors. Materials of different formula, density or colors can be processed by one molding, and different molding can be processed on one production line, which will save the time and cost.
Features
- With the increasing demand for multi-formulation products (like double hardness cushions), HENGHUI provides high pressure metering machines that feature an L-type mixing chamber. Material flows through the two individual mixing chambers and flows out of one outlet.
- This machine is an independent 3-component metering machine. Two different kinds of polyether and one isocynate are separately placed in two mixing chambers, and are controlled by an automatic switching valve to ensure the two formulas are applied to the same or different molds to save time and money, as well as improve the processing speed.
- Our mixhead collects materials from different outlets, so that later use of the manipulator is more convenient. In order to maintain the mixing effect in materials in large amounts and viscosity levels, the mixhead also features a self-cleaning piston with adjustable strokes. The opening and closing of all 3 pistons are controlled by 3 independent electromagnetic valves.
