Features of Ribbon Blender
1. A horizontal trough houses a shaft around which inner and outer ribbons are positioned to move materials both radially and laterally. Top spray nozzles spew out liquids during the blend.
2. Packing seals are used to seal both ends of the shaft to prevent leakage.
3. Specially designed discharge door offers a large opening angle. Thorough blends in short cycle times. Materials are discharged fast, leaving little behind.
4. Discharge door is powered either pneumatically or electrically.
5. Stable transmission for minimized wear
6. This feed mixer allows very easy repair and maintenance.
