Gantry Type Automatic Welding Machine
Gantry type automatic welding machine is controlled by frequency conversion technology, can move steadily and return rapidly. 3-axis mechanical tracking device can keep welding torch at the correct position. Integrally controlled main body and welding equipment as well as automatic flux collecting system improve efficiency a lot.
Our gantry type automatic welding machine mainly consists of columns, rolling device, reducer, automatic arc igniting device, flux collecting system, pneumatic system, electric control system and submerged arc welding device. The gantry frame strength and rigidity are carefully designed to achieve advanced and strong configuration. Main parts have been through stress relief treatment after welding so that our machine can work reliably for a long time. Two structure steels even can be welded at the same time on the gantry type welding device and web height is not limited by the main machine.
