Rotary Grading Sieve
Strictly speaking, the SFJH series grading sieve is in essential a gyratory screener. Movements of this gyratory sifter are more complicated than simple rotation. 1. The belt-driven rotary grading sieve operates quietly in a well-balanced manner. Its end comes with spring-loaded supports to dampen noise and vibration.
2. Reinforced base provides rigid support for the screener. The whole screening structure allows for modification according to your site conditions as it can be hung under the ceiling with wear-resistant steel ropes.
3. The casing and the massive screening frame can be produced in one piece or as two separate parts. Lightweight, rigid casing keeps out any external contamination. Screen change can be easily done with little effort.
4. SFJH series grading sieve is widely used to grade powders or particulate animal feeds into groups of similar sizes. The screener is also useful in removing fines or impurities from raw materials or separation of grains after they have been through secondary crushing in large and medium scale animal feed factories.
