Built to DIN15261-1986 standards, the horizontal screw conveyor features a JB/T7679-45 approved design. With a screw diameter of 100mm to 1250mm, the conveying equipment provides 11 specifications. Customers are also offered a choice between single drive and dual drive.
A single drive unit has a maximum length of up to 35 meters. Both model LS1000 and LS1250 are single drive screw conveyors that are 30 meters long. Minimum length increment is 0.5m.
The hanger bearing in the middle of the conveyor housing provide both rolling and sliding action with very little resistance. It is tightly sealed against leak and wear-resistant. Upon request, we can add a speed alarm and electric discharging valve to our horizontal screw conveyor.
