By using bayonet coupling mechanism, fast mating and unmating of the XC series circular connector becomes a possibility. In additions to ease of use, the circular connector also provides very reliable connection that is unlikely to shake loose even when subjected to vibration or impact. High-strength aluminum alloy is used to construct the shell. The connector contact is available in one of two types: either the solder contact or rear release style contact.

Advanced hyperbolic lamella socket provides ease of engagement and disengagement. Small contact resistance means minimum signal loss across the contact interface. Robust shell and seal protects the connector against humidity, smog, fungal growth, and rainwater. This series of jack connector is widely used on missile, fighter aircraft, fleet, and military communications system.
