Controlled by the servo motor, the paper sheeting machine is specially designed for cutting paper or other similar materials into specific size, including paperboard, laser paper, kraft paper, craft paper, print paper, aluminum foil paper and board. As commonly used paper converting equipment, this paper sheeter machine is widely used by paper and cardboard manufacturers, converting plants and paper finishing facilities.

Main Features

Automatic roll unwinding unit features a hydraulic shaftless unwind stand equipped with two side mounted chucks and a braking system, making roll loading and unwinding easy and quick.
Adopts Original German FAG bearings and Japanese CKD proportional valve.
Uses Italian PHASE servo motor for precision paper cutting.
Designed with GERMANY KEB servo drives.
SIEMENS PLC controller is used for efficiently controlling the program and circuit, ensuring smooth machine running all the time.
Constructed with 45 mm stainless steel plate, the paper sheeter machine features smooth operation and long service life.
Adopts German EHRE timing belt.
The paper cutting machine has a high cutting speed up to 300 cuts/min.
The conveyor belt adopts Holland RAPPLON belt.
The sheeting equipment comes with automatic tension control.
When the roll diameter is increased, there is no need to set the unwinding parameters once again. This enhances unwinding efficiency and precision.
