The NC CNCrotary cross cutting machine utilizes precisely designed knife shaft and cutterframe to realize smooth cutting at high speed. In addition, the blade can bechanged or replaced with ease. The rotary cross cutter also uses durable andhard grinding gear for precise meshing of cutting points, so that the cardboardprocessed is flat and with no burrs. With the cutting range varying from 500mmto 9999mm, the cross cutter can achieve a maximum sheet cutting speed of180m/min and a cutting precision of ±1mm at steady speed.
Our CNC rotary cross cuttingmachine adopts oil pump for automatic and cyclic lubrication of thetransmission system, so as to further guarantee the transmission accuracy. Itcomes with high strength wallboard and base, and the transparent window isavailable on both sides of the wallboard, which makes convenient monitoring andmaintenance possible. With the advantage of energy storage and electricityregeneration, the CNC rotary cross cutting machine can work properly even whenthe power is unstable.
The CNC control system of therotary cross cutting machine has the function of automatic detection, so thatthe errors can be timely found out to avoid malfunction of the rotary crosscutting machine. In addition, the computer can automatically adjust the cuttingspeed of cardboard conforming to the cardboard specification and productionspeed, and also automatically track the transmission of cardboards to keep thespeed synchronous with that of the cutting speed. Storing theinformation of up to 999 orders, the computer with display screen allows the CNCrotary cross cutting machine to process the orders automatically in sequence orin priority order.
