Product Introduction
1. Due to super steel structure design and wide usage of imported elements, the QTB-15 brick making machine performs more stably and reliably.
2. It uses PLC intelligent control system to easily achieve various functions such as man-machine conversation, random signal analysis, breakdown diagnosis, and all kinds of parameters setting. This construction machinery has the optimum efficiency.
3. This brick machine comes with efficient and super strong vibration exciting system. The system utilizes computer to control flow and pressure of the hydraulic system, thus to complete vertical synchronous vibration, frequency conversion, and braking. In addition, the vibration exciter features double end combined output function, so it can spread uniformly and efficiently exciting force to every part of the mould. Correspondingly, intensity of the products will be improved enormously and the service life of the mould can be prolonged.
4. This bricking making machine is equipped with specialized hydraulic pallet stacker which can help the machine easily achieve large capacity and automatic production, thereby achieving manpower saving and cost saving.
