UCPH200 pedestal base pillow block bearing unit is designed to raise the bearing’s center. It can bear high impact load. The product is most applicable to positions involved with large distance between installation undersurface and the bearing’s center. It is mainly applied on printing machines and textile machines.

Bearings used on textile machines do not necessarily have high bearing capacity. However, harsh working environment of textile machines easily brings about corrosion, aging and abrasion of devices. Therefore, the pedestal of the pillow block bearing unit used on printing machines and textile machines are produced with galvanization technology, thus protecting the housed bearing from corrosion and extending its lifetime.
