Pillow Block Bearing Units
Introduction
UCP pillow block bearing unit is the most representative insert bearing product. It includes UCP200 series and UCP300 series. UCP300 can bear larger load than UCP200. Because of reinforcing ribs on installation positions of the bearing pedestal, the pillow block bearing has a high-strength structure and it can support loads from all directions. In addition, the pedestal P can work with UK, UNL and NA bearing as well. A tapered bore (UKP) is made by combining a UK bearing and pedestal P.
The plummer block bearing is mainly applied on transmission machines, body builders and harvesters. Guoxin has offered many pillow block bearing units for maize harvesters and peanut harvesters, and these products have been well recognized by customers. These products include HCP207 (UELP207) housed insert bearing, UCP205 HCP206 (UELP206) insert bearing with solid pedestal and customized FGJ205 singular spherical housed bearing and FGJ dual spherical housed bearing (two insert bearings are installed on one bearing pedestal).
