Wafer Separator
The wafer separator takes advantage of 304N stainless steel to fabricate its machine frame as well as wafer lanes, and it is mainly used for two purposes.
Function
1. The first function of this wafer biscuit separation device is to separate water biscuits that are cut by wafer cutting machine into several lanes for transportation, and these wafer biscuits are spaced with a certain distance between them.
2. Aside from the aforementioned usage, this stainless steel food machine has another function. It uses two speed-adjustable conveyor belts to separate wafer sheets on the wafer arranging machine from each other. More specifically, it creates a proper distance between these wafer sheets, and then delivers them into the cream spreader in an ordered way. In addition, the first conveyor belt is PU belt, and the second one is stainless steel chain belt.
