Performance (shrink films produced by HANDERN shrink film extrusion equipment)
1. Product Appearance: smooth, spotless, oil-free surface with uniform thickness and no fold marks
2. Specific Weight: 1.36
3. Heat Shrinkage Rate
The heat shrinkage rate is measured at 100℃. The shrinkage rate in the cross direction is 48±3% while the longwise shrinkage rate is 12±3%. Therefore, the film can stick tightly to the product to be wrapped when heated. Users can use a thermo-shrinking machine, electric hair dryer, or hot water to enable the shrink.
4. Toughness
After the shrink film shrinks tightly over whatever is covering, let the wrap drop on the cement floor from both transverse and lengthwise directions at a vertical height of 1m for 3 times. Check if any surface crack is present.
5. Color
When the film shrinks, store the film at 30℃. No fading or discoloring should occur.
6. Elongation Rate: <2%
7. Water Absorption: ≤0.5%
8. Shrinkage under Normal Conditions: ≤0.5% (at 30℃)
