HDPE Large Diameter Hollow Wall Spiral Winding Pipe Extrusion Line
In recent years, the HDPE large-diameter spiral-wound pipe has gradually replaced concrete pipes in waste water treatment applications. In response to the rising popularity of spiral pipes, we quickened our steps to do research on spiral winding technology which later made us one of the earliest providers of spiral-wound pipe extrusion line.
The resultant pipes produced by our extrusion equipment are characterized by their unique plastic H sections which give the whole structure enhanced rigidity around its circumference as well as maximum impact strength. The lightweight design makes it easier for workers to install the pipes. High resistance to external pressure, acid, alkali and salt also assures the pipe of a long service life of up to 5 decades. The pipe has found wide use in urban waste water treatment, drainage, and irrigation systems. It is a better replacement for cement pipes, cast iron pipes, and ceramic pipes.
Features
1.Single-screw extruder is able to operate at high speed. Both the extruder screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoALA through a process known as nitriding to obtain a case hardened surface, which is resistant to wear and corrosion.
2. A ceramic heater is used to heat the extruder. Other desirable features include the low-noise air blower, high-speed gearbox with case-hardened gear teeth, and a grooved feed throat with oil cooling system. These parts provide concrete explanations as to why our spiral wound pipe extrusion equipment is so productive, energy-saving, and able to produce such high quality extrusions.
2. Made of 40Cr, the extrusion die has been through nitriding process. Optimized extrusion die design is specially intended for plastic profiles with any irregularities.
3. Vacuum sizing tank is constructed from stainless steel plates. Made of tin bronze, the vacuum sizing sleeve is water cooled. It can be used to modify the dimensions of the pipe.
4. The spray tank is constructed of stainless steel and covered with PVC curtains. Its frame can be moved up and down with supporting wheels.
5. The cutter is specially made to cut spiral-wound pipes. The cutter moves along the guide post. Its movement is synchronized with that of the moving pipe.
