    The MRD-ZWS temperature and humidity controller for switchgear has a quite self-explanatory name, and it is commonly used for 0.1-35kV indoor switchgears, like centrally installed switchgear, handcart switchgear, fixed switchgear, ring main unit, etc. Moreover, it also fits for different kinds of main circuit control cabinets, including incoming line cabinet, outgoing line cabinet, power compensation capacitor cabinet, bus couple cabinet, transformer cabinet, mutual inductor cabinet, measuring cabinet, motor control cabinet and so on.

    Advantage
    1. Our switchgear temperature and humidity detector makes use of imported sensors with two output contacts, and measured data are real-time displayed by LED.

    2. When connected to 2 switchgears at the same time, the temperature and humidity controller will automatically display detected data of these 2 switchgears in turn, and the time interval is 30 seconds.

    3. The upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity could be regulated freely by users, and these parameters won’t get lost even when sudden power failure occurs.

    4. If the temperature increases to a certain level which may lead to condensation, this switchgear accessory would drive the heater to work. Accordingly, when the risk of condensation is eliminated, the heater will stop heating, and our intelligent temperature and humidity controller will be at monitoring status again.

    5. Under the condition that the heater is disconnected, this temperature and humidity controller will give alarm messages.

    Operating Condition
    1. Working environment: -20℃~ 70℃, 0%-99%RH
    2. Temperature: heating and cooling settings (the following values are adjustable)
    a. T≤5±0.5℃: Relay closed to start heating
    b. T≥15±0.5℃: Relay reset to quit heating
    c. T≥40±0.5℃: Relay closed to start air blasting
    d. T≤30±0.5℃: Relay reset to quite air blasting
    3. Humidity: heating and cooling settings (the following values are adjustable)
    a. RH≥90±1%: Relay closed to start heating
    b. RH≤70±1%: Relay reset to quit air blasting
    4. Input voltage: AC 220V
    5. Relay contacts: AC 220V/7A (open, active)
