Process Description
The black andphosphated hydraulic tube with high precision supplied by N-STEEL is typically manufactured on the basis of the cold drawing and BA seamless tube. To be specific, a finished cold drawn seamless tube is chosen as a basic tube to be phosphated. Imported eco-friendly phosphating solution will be used to phosphorize the internal and external wall, consequently forming black phosphate coating.
By means of micropore in the phosphate coating, the precision steel tube can absorb anti-rust oil to prevent against rust. The covers at the two ends have been processed by dust prevention treatment.
