FHQB Series High-Speed Slitter Rewinder
The FHQB series high-speed slitter rewinder is ruggedly designed for processing all kinds of roll materials such as adhesive stickers and paper, etc. The post press equipment slits and rewinds 250m roll material in one minute. The minimum slitting width is only 30mm. Our bobbin slitter rewinder is highly recommended for advertising products printing plants and adhesive tape factories, etc.

1. Rewinding shaft is directly powered by electric motor. Vector frequency converter is responsible for automatic tension control.
2. Inflatable rewind shaft comes with quick release mechanism for easy unloading. Optional automatic unloading device is available.
3. The unwinding unit in this high-speed slitter rewinder involves the utilization of magnetic powder brake and automatic tension control.
4. Inflatable shaft and pneumatic system are introduced to unwinding unit to improve efficiency. Automatic guide is also available.
5. This adhesive sticker slitter rewinder employs circular knives for smooth cutting. Air blow system is used for waste collection.
6. Metering and automatic shutdown are offered by our paper slitting and rewinding machine.
