FHYA-B Series High-Speed Inspection Rewinder
The FHYA-B series high-speed inspection rewinder is roughly engineered to rewind roll materials while detecting failure patterns. Thanks to automatic stroboscope, our special paper making equipment brings you to be one button away from flawless printing quality.
This series of high-speed inspection rewinder offers outstanding processing capacity of 300m/min, and the maximum web width reaches 1300mm.

1. Our roll material equipment utilizes imported PLC for electrical control system. Touch screen realizes operator friendly configuration and read-outs.
2. Both rewinding and unwinding units are fitted with vector frequency converter and PLC for automatic diameter calculation and tension control.
3. Shaftless pneumatic design is introduced to both rewinding and unwinding units. Moreover, automatic guiding device is available to the unwinding unit of this inspection rewinding machine.
4. Air blowing system is responsible for waste material collection.
