Shoe Sole Flexing Tester (ROSS Flexing Tester)
The shoe sole flexing tester is a flexing machine specially developed to test the flexing resistance of the sole through continuous bending. Before testing, users shall prick some holes on the sole at the location with maximum bending angle during walking. The two ends of the shoe sole shall be placed between the two fixtures of the sole flex testing machine. During testing, one fixture for the flex tester is fixed and the other is movable. The test piece will flex along with the movement of the mandrel for the shoe sole flexing tester. Upon the completion of continuous testing, users can discharge the test piece and observe the condition of the shoe sole. The footwear testing equipment is installed with a transparent protection cover for high safety.
