Hydraulic Press
The hydraulic press features delicate structure, wide application, and high production efficiency. It can be used for cutting, punching, blanking, bending, clinching, forming, and other processes.
Our hydraulic press comes with independent power mechanism and electrical system. It uses buttons for centralized control. There are three working modes, i.e., adjusting, manual, and semi-automatic. The working pressure, pressing speed, and slide stroke of this hydraulic machine can all be adjusted according to actual process needs.
According to structure, hydraulic press is divided into two types, four-column hydraulic press and gantry hydraulic press. It is mainly used for the forming of pipe caps, tees, elbows, reducers, and other fittings. Currently, we can offer the four-column hydraulic press with the maximum tonnage of 5,000 tons.
