Filtration is quite important for the separators. Our coolant filtration machine is a type of filtration equipment designed for filtration of metals and non-metals. It consists of two parts, namely the HXCF series magnetic separator and the HXZG series paper bed filter. Coolants containing powdered magnetic sundries or coolants containing non-magnetic materials will first go through the magnetic separator for the removal of sundries and the rest impurities will be filtered away by the filter.

Application of Coolant Filtration Machine
Of higher filtration accuracy, this coolants filtration equipment has been used for the filtration of cutting fluids and oils and become ideal auxiliary equipment for the grinding machines.

1. The dimension of the water tank is determined by the area of the working place. An thermostat could be mounted on the tank;
2. This fully automated filtration equipment works well with on operators. Its filtration accuracy is determined by the density of the filtration cloth.
