The 1-piece ball valve has one body part making it a robust and cost effective option. It adopts an integral structure, with a ball-shaped element rotating around the valve body for opening and closing. Made of all stainless steel, it has good corrosion resistance. The one piece ball valve is equipped with a handle for operation, to achieve a 90-degree switch. One-piece ball valve has a small size, light weight, and compact structure, resulting in easy opening and closing.

Applications

This 1-piece ball valve is mainly used to shut off or connect pipeline and equipment media. The ball valve has low fluid resistance, making it suitable for cutting off and distributing the flow, or changing the flow direction of liquids, gases, and oil in low-pressure and atmospheric pressure pipeline systems.

The one-piece ball valve consists of a solid valve body with two openings, threads for screw-in connections, and a manual handle or actuator for operation.

The ball valve adjusts flow size and flow closure by using the ball, providing better control and sealing. The gate valve controls flow on/off by moving the gate up or down.
