The silo (aggregate hopper) is filled by the loader or dumper, and the hopper discharge gate is pneumatically controlled by the computer to discharge the aggregate into the weighing hopper in fast or slow motion. The aggregates are discharged onto the horizontal conveyor belt, and transported to the next procedure using an inclined conveyor belt. The weighing of the aggregates can be done in separate or accumulative models according to the operational form and accuracy is guaranteed. The aggregate status in the hopper is displayed on the computer monitor, and the system has functions like auto compensation, overloading alert, malfunction alarm, auto correction and etc. to ensure dosing accuracy.
