Technical Specifications
1. Materials: Cold rolled steel sheet, silicon steel sheet (in thicknesses of 0.5mm, 0.35mm, and 0.2mm)
2. Iron cores are made through progressive stamping, which the steel sheets automatically stacked and riveted.
3. We carry out spot checks on the motor cores throughout the stamping process, to ensure the finished parts fall within specifications.
4. A smooth surface is burr and grime free.
5. It meets strict requirements for concentricity, roundness, and perpendicularity.
