RTJB series planetary mixer is a multifunction device, with which processes including mixing and reaction can be performed. During the planetary mixing process, the mixing blade rotates on its own axis, while it orbits a common axis at the center of the container. The blade advances along the periphery of the container, transports material from container wall to the interior, to mix it evenly in a short time.
Features
- Mixing container is surrounded with jacket or pipe coil, heating and cooling can be proceeded with water, electric, steam or conduction oil circulation; vacuumizing, heating and cooling functions are available.
- Optional temperature sensor to control temperature and collect data.
- Optional extruder.
- Optional PLC unit and user interface.
- Non-standard designs, mixing modes and functions are available for customization.
- Two lifting types available: body frame lifting or mixing container lifting; Two lifting drives available: electric drive or hydraulic drive.
Applications
Mixing works in adhesive, lithium battery, cosmetic, etc. industries, on liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, paste-paste, powder-paste material combinations, and material combinations that differ greatly in densities, percentages or viscosities (up to 2 million Cps).
