These ISO 8573-1 Class 0 certified oil-free screw compressors are more reliable and energy efficient due to the patented unique design to deliver 100% oil-free air for sustainable energy savings.

Patented high efficiency air end The screw air end of this oil-free compressor is constructed of 304L stainless steel, and hermetically sealed with an advanced seal system that integrates mechanical seal, air curtain chamber, labyrinth seal and bypass channel.
Water cooler Made from 304L stainless steel material that features excellent resistance to corrosion and high heat transfer efficiency, the water cooler can ensure reduced pressure differential and temperature differential of cooling water, therefore allowing the compressor to operate at an appropriate temperature providing near isothermal compression.
Water Filter The filter housing is made of stainless steel. This water filter can achieve high filtration precision and long-lasting filtration process to keep the system non-impurity and clean.
Air filter The air filter has pre-filtration function and pleated filter media, featuring low pressure loss and capable of removing at a very high efficiency up to 99.99%.
Unload valve Our independently developed unload valve (Patent No. zL200520058468.2) is used in the screw air compressor, achieving 0 to 100% stepless capacity control.
Water softener Water softener is used to remove calcium from the cooling water thereby preventing the buildup of scale in piping system. It can be used for up to 3 years.
