Product Features
1. Housed bearing is made up with an insert bearing and a bearing pedestal. Hence, there is no need to add an extra bearing housing when using the product. The product features small size and simple structure. It can be installed on the relevant position of a machine by bolts, which is very convenient.
2. The bearing housing is a whole piece and it has high bearing capacity and high rigidity. Both the bearing and the pedestal are changeable, which means that different kinds of bearings can be installed on the same kind pedestal and the same bearing can work with different pedestals.
3. The insert bearing with housing can still work and automatically adjust the angle by 2 degrees at most when two shafts aren’t coaxial.
4. Inner diameter of housed bearing has positive allowance. The product works with the shaft by means of clearance fit. The bearing is fastened to the shaft by the set screw, eccentric locking collar or adapter sleeve on the top of the inner ring, thus lowering demands for shaft’s accuracy. Moreover, it is very convenient to install or change the insert bearing.
5. This machine element is usually prefilled with lubricating grease. It adopts two-layer or three-layer sealing. It is suitable for occasions involved with dust, muddy water and corrosive medium. Hence, it ensures smooth operation of the main machine.
6. The housed bearing has high rotation accuracy. It is easy to lubricate the bearing. The product has larger clearance than a deep groove ball bearing with the same size. As a result, temperature difference has little influence on its accuracy.
