Self Aligning Ball Bearings
Instruction
1. The self aligning ball bearing has a spherical raceway and two rows of balls. Then, the inner ring, retainer and balls can freely rotate in the bearing center. Allowable angle adjustment ranges from 1.5 degrees to 3 degrees, so this double-row bearing is especially suitable for use in transmission shafts.
2. Our product is primarily used to withstand radial load, while simultaneously bearing a small amount of axial load. Its speed limit is lower than that of a deep groove ball bearing. However, its friction is the lowest among all rolling bearings, which allows the low-friction bearing to have a small temperature rise even at high rotational speed.
3. The self aligning ball bearings are commonly used in all kinds of high-speed machines including the textile machinery, agricultural harvester, air blowers, papermaking machines, and the woodworking machines, etc. Low temperature makes the bearing equipment more stable and durable.
Product Classification
1. 1:12 tapered bore type
2. Double-sided seal ring type without retainer or inner ring
3. Single row ball type with double-sided dustproof cover
The latter two types of self aligning ball bearings are basically applied in places where strong dust resistance is required.
