    Our plastic bearings, made of premium materials, are geared to precision engineering. Usually, we adopt POM and PA materials to manufacture the outer and inner rings, glass balls, stainless steel balls and ceramic balls for rollers. Cages are made of Nylon 66(PA66) or PEEK. As POM is highly suitable for precision processing, the POM bearing has higher precision than the traditional plastic bearings, quite suitable for high precision applications and high speeds conditions.

    POM Bearings
    As is known, POM (Copolymere) has high thermal stability and high resistance to chemicals (especially high resistance to hydrolysis). Therefore, POM bearing can work at temperature from -60 to 100℃. Meanwhile, due to its highly rigid and smooth surface, this plastic precision bearing has excellent rolling performance and high corrosion resistance, almost free of stress cracks;

    PA (Nylon) Bearings
    PA is a high performance engineering plastic. It has high mechanical strength, rigidity, high temperature resistance(from -40 to 100℃).
