Stamping Die for Frame Rails
Frame rails are critical parts to a car, and does the heavy lifting of the vehicle. Frame rails need to be rigid and accurate to fit seamlessly with other parts of the car. Generally, it can be costly and time consuming to design and build stamping dies for rails on specific car makes and models, though here at Huanghe we try to keep machines as reasonably priced and cost effective as possible. Common traits found in each Huanghe stamping die includes a great rigidity, accuracy, thermal stability and toughness.

The trimming action on the cam trim die is obtained from a wedge-shaped block called the cam driver. While the pressure pad holds down the front surface of the work piece, two cam pads are also used to press down on both sides of the part currently being worked on.
Inserts used in this forming die are quality castings. For dies with long strokes, heel blocks are added to absorb side thrust generated.
The cam piercing die features a compact design with a properly arranged wedge-shaped cam driver and cam slide, allowing for easy operation during use.
