Our seamless steel tube for fertilizer production is strictly compiled with national standards GB6479-2000.The main material consists of ASTM1010, ASTM1020, 16Mn, ASTMA182-F11, ASTMA-387Cr.B, etc. The outer diameter of high pressure seamless pipe ranges from 14mm to 273mm, the thickness varies from 4mm to 40mm, and the length can be 4m to 12m. The production cycle is 10 days. We also have certain quantity of pressure tubing in stock. In addition, we provide free service including painting, capping, coating, cutting and bundling.
The chemical materials delivered by seamless steel pipe are hazardous substances thatincluding ammonia, urea, methyl alcohol, and so on The high pressure piping system should be able to work with equipment and tubes with working temperature ranging from -40 to 400℃ and working pressure ranging from 10 to 30Mpa.
