Due to its electrical insulation ability, flexibility and excellent heat conductivity, PVC insulated heating cable produced by Senphus are widely applied in electronic products all over the place. They are used in products like heating wires, air conditioners, refrigerators and coolers.

There are three main models PVC wires:
A, SH-PVC
B, SH-BPVC-15
C, SH-2PVC-20

Rated temperature: 90℃- 105℃
Rated voltage: 125V-300V

Structure:
Conductor: single conductor alloy or resistance wires twisted into a spiral on fiberglass, nylon, polyester fibers
Insulation:PVC

Structure:

Reinforced core: cotton yarn, nylon wire, etc.

Structure:
First layer heating conductor: resistance wires twisted into a spiral on fiberglass
Second layer heating conductor: alloy wires twisted into a spiral on the insulated heating wire
Insulation: PVC/PE
