4A molecular sieves are a sodic type A aluminosilicate, capable of adsorbing molecules with a critical diameter of less than 4 Å. Their molecular formula is Na12[(•AlO2) 12 (SiO2) 12 XH2O .

Application
  • This 4A molecular sieve is applicable to deep drying of liquids and some gasses, such as natural gas, alkane, air, CO2 and others.
  • It can be used for electronic component static and other material drying where materials are easily negatively impacted by damp and degenerative conditions.
  • It can be used as the dehydration tool for paint and plastic.

Features
This 4A molecular sieve is a sodic type A aluminosilicate, and adsorbs H2O, NH3, H2S, SO2, CO2, C2H5OH, C2H6, C2H4 and other molecules with an effective diameter of ≤4 angstroms. It is also used for the drying of select gasses and liquids, as well as the refinement and purification of other gasses and liquids, such as the preparation of Ar gas.
