Daba Machinery provides slitter rewinder added with a full rotary die-cutting system, suitable for die-cutting, laminating (optional), and slitting of blank adhesive labels. The rotary die cutting machine features functions of automatic meter counting, auto-stop, and photoelectric edge correction.

Features
- Steel-coated frame ensures sturdiness and durability.
- Electronic components are integrated within the machine frame.
- Two ways of adjusting unwinding tension: by magnetic powder clutch or by manual.
- Axial flow fan is equipped for disposing waste materials.
- Minimum slitting width of 20mm.
- Dual photocells control the unwinding process with edge guiding and automatic correction, which ensure accurate material positioning.
- The drive motor includes a pressure roller and rubber roller to increase friction and material compaction, resulting in tighter rewinding.
- Pressure of the roller is adjustable.
