Features
- The HIWIN Taiwan precise linear guideway is used to locate the left and right side, providing great accuracy. Furthermore, a screw structure is adopted and the lens frame is able to move up and down, left and right. Moreover, a double guideway is used with the up and down rack for superior precision.
- MINTORN Taiwan and Asia Optical Groups lens with advanced magnification capabilities, as well as a high-definition CCD camera. These components are then displayed on a Samsung LCD display, allowing for top-notch resolution. Digital cross hatching lines can be moved individually, making it easy to precisely place multiple sets of cross hatching lines on resin plates. Two horizontal and two vertical lines are included for this purpose.
- The camera can be shifted and adjusted in six different directions and its parallel degree can be modified as well. This paste job requires high precision, so the registration plate is equipped with a pneumatic press plate for more exact registration. The precision screw micro-adjustment lets the worker precisely place the base line and make sure each resin plate is in the exact same position and accuracy. Moreover, the worker can place the resin plate on the plate-roller for direct registration and pasting.
- Once the printing plate is securely attached, you can check that it is accurately placed and ensure the quality of the paste.
