Wrapped V-Belts
Scrapping the traditional formula, we have researched and developed advanced techniques and a new formula to the manufacturing process of our wrapped belts. Made of chloroprene (CR), our rubber V-belts have greatly improved functions and extended service life.
Made of chloroprene (CR) or natural rubber (NR), our wrapped V-belts include classic wrapped V-belts (Z, A-E), narrow V-belts (SPZ-SPC) and wedge raw edge cogged V-belts (3V/9N, 5V/15N, 8V/25N, 3L, 4L, 5L).
Features of Wrapped V-Belts
1. This industrial V-belt has an outer coating to protect the inner layer and maintain its durability.
2. Special core rubber is used to limit our wrapped V-belts' elongation and extend service life.
3. Our wrapped V-belts have excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, and wear resistance.
4. The wrapped belts can protect the static generator to ensure safety.
5. Our wrapped V-belts cause lower noise and have a small friction coefficient while providing excellent transmission.
