Fan Belts
Our fan belts are produced as raw edge V-belts and wrapped V-belts in terms of structure. Their effective length ranges from 500 mm to 3,000 mm. We have adopted high quality synthetic chloroprene rubber (CR) or hydrogenated nitrile rubber as the main raw materials for our automotive belts.
We have also added many auxiliary materials for different uses, for instance, a fiberglass cord is used as the framework material; and the nylon 66 elastic fabric is used to protect the tooth surface.
Our fan belts are manufactured in strict accordance with technical specifications and all have precise dimensions. Our fan belts have excellent tensile strength and low drawing force. Additionally, when used in an alternator, water pump, and air conditioning compressor, our fan belts are guaranteed to run smoothly and quietly.
We have more than 1000 sets of molds, which can produce V-belts with a variety of specifications. If you can provide us with your designs and samples, we are capable of customizing V-belts with special dimensions.
