Automotive V-Belts
Our automotive V-belts have better flexibility on smaller drive pulleys. With its back easier to bend and generate serpentine transmission, this automotive ribbed belt can run better in modern engines with compact structures. Our automotive V-belt takes up less space and can completely replace the traditional V-belt to drive the generator, fan, water pump, air-conditioning and other accessory systems.
Made of EPDM rubber or chloroprene rubber (CR), our automotive V-belts come in a PK and PJ series. Their effective length ranges from 200mm to 3,000mm. The EPDM rubber used to make automotive V-belts has significantly improved resistance to fatigue and high / low temperature. Our automotive belts are suitable for cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles.
Features of Automotive V-Belts
1. Our automotive V-belt has high transmission power. When applied in the same situation, its transmission power is 30% higher than that of an ordinary V-belt.
2. With its thin structure and high flexibility, our multi-rib V-belts can adapt to small diameter transmissions and high speed transmissions. It can reach speeds up to 40m/s.
3. We adopt short fibers to reinforce our automotive V-belts to withstand stronger lateral forces; it also prevents deformation from stress.
4. In addition to its compact structure, low vibration, and smooth operation, our anti-flexing automotive V- ribbed belt has excellent resistance to oil, ageing, abrasion, corrosion, low, and high temperatures.
