One of the most commonly used components in modern vehicles is the automotive belt. Our transmission belts for vehicles include the timing belts for OHC engines, the automotive V-belts for auxiliary drives, variable speed V-belts for CVT (Continuously Variable Transmissions). Today, vehicles are confronted with increasingly demanding requirements, such as energy conservation, environmental protection, and degree of comfort. Because of this, the rubber parts of vehicles face higher requirements.
Vehicles have compact and high temperature environments in their engine compartments which require auto accessories to have excellent heat resistance. Our automotive belts have a working temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to above 150 ℃. Additionally, our automotive belts have excellent oil resistance as well as having a longer lifespan.
Taking the above applications and requirements into consideration, we provide a full range of automotive belts, including automotive timing belts, automotive V-belts, fan belts, and scooter belts. Our power transmission belts are all made of the HNBR, which can perform under even the most demanding environments.
